Here is the DVD Rip for Leona Lewis' new US single, I Will Be. I like the song, but the video makes no sense to me. I sort of get it, but they could have made the concept a little clearer. Leona does seem to get more and more gorgeous themore videos she releases.

Paris Hilton Eyes McCartney Duet

Paris Hilton is hoping Paul McCartney will record a song with her for the socialite's next album.The heiress and reality TV star, says she met the former Beatles singer at the Recording Academy post-Grammys party, where she asked if he would be interested in working together.

"I'd love to do a duet with you." Hilton says she told McCartney. "I'm a singer too and have had an album out." Paris also went on to tell The Sun that Paul was "so cute" and that she liked his Beatles hair style. "He looked bemused, smiled and nodded," an insider adds, "then stumbled out that he'd have to check his schedule."

Madonna Tops 2008 Music Moneymakers List

If anyone had any doubt that touring is where the money is in the music business, a quick look at the top Moneymakers for 2008 should hammer the point home.Regardless of genre, retail sales or radio play, each of the 20 acts on Billboard's Moneymakers list toured in 2008. (Taylor Swift mostly opened for Brad Paisley but doesn't get credit for that revenue).

For almost all of them, touring generated the most revenue. And in a year when recorded-music sales declined yet again, many earned more at the box office than ever before.

Katy Perry Perry Covers Sam Sparro

The original song is great and she adds her own eccentric twist to the smash hit Black & Gold. She has proved she is no one hit wonder, her latest release Thinking Of You has already risen to #35 on the Billboard and will more thanlikely crack the top 20 soon. She's just started her first headlining tour too, although she is only performing in relatively small venues to ensure a sellout.

Not a bad effort, but it feels a bit generic in my opinion. Ciara is an Uh-mazing dancer, why didn't they make the most of this instead of a just showing two limp scenes of her flopping her hair around?

'If You SEE Amy' Details

Britney's latest single If You Seek Amy has been slightly censored for radio for obvious reasons; listen to the radio rip below. I also notice that they have sped up the beat slightly and I think it sounds good. I'm predicting top 20 for this song!

UPDATE: "The video begins with Britney coming outside her house to hand the paparazzi an apple pie that she baked," says a source. "She acts like she wants to hook up. The video is very provocative.

"In part of the video, Spears is accompanied by two adorable perfectly-groomed children and a straight-laced man wearing khakis and a sweater over his shoulders. But a source says there are also lots of dancers "dressed in skimpy outfits in metallic color" and revealing costumes for Spears included in the shoot.

According to several sources, Spears was very professional and upbeat on the set. "She was like the old Britney at the shoot. She was engaged and excited the whole day and seemed like her old self," says a source.

Rihanna Cancels Indonesia Concert

R&B star Rihanna has cancelled a concert in Jakarta due to be held on Thursday, show organisers have said. Tour promoter Showmaster said the singer pulled out "because of an assault case involving Rihanna's boyfriend"

The 20-year-old pulled a performance at the Grammys and another show in Malaysia on Tuesday. Brown, 19, was arrested and charged on Sunday with making criminal threats. He was released on $50,000 (£35,000) bail

It is the second time Rihanna has cancelled a concert in the Indonesian capital - she pulled out of a show in November last year after the Australian government issued a travel warning following the executions of the three men convicted of the 2002 Bali bombings.

Also worth a listen is Lady Gaga's Fashion, as well as Natasha Beddingfield's Again and Kat Deluna's Calling You.

In other PCD news, their new song I Hate This Part is sitting pretty on US iTunes at #8, which will hopefully give them a top 10 in the USA. However, in the UK their new single is Whatcha Think About That and its barely cracked top 20 yet. It is still early days mind....

Brit Awards Tit Bits

Estelle and The Ting Tings are reportedly due to collaborate on stage at the BRIT Awards it has emerged.The two UK acts will duet at the February 18 ceremony, held at Earls Court in London. Estelle herself is nominated for British Female Solo Artist, while The Ting Tings are up for British Breakthrough Act.

Other live performances on the night include Pet Shop Boys, Coldplay, Take That and U2, who will be performing their new single 'Get On Your Boots'.

Kaiser Chiefs: We Flopped

The Kaiser Chiefs are reportedly to take a hiatus, while they rethink their next direction and to avoid being overexposed. An insider told the Daily Star that the decision came due to the disappointing chart placement of last single 'Good Days Bad Days' (it failed to enter the Top 100), and as a result no more songs will be released from third album 'Off With Their Heads'.

"There was huge excitement when the Kaisers and (Mark) Ronson confirmed they were working together," the source tells the newspaper."It was a dream pairing. But perhaps it came a little too quickly. For a long time you couldn't turn on your TV and radio or go to a festival without the Chiefs being in your face."

Hopefully their hiatus will spell the end for this band, good riddance! This just goes to show that the few years of dominance that indie music enjoyed are well and truly at an end. No longer will you turn on the radio to be drowned out by The Killers, The Kooks, Kaiser Chiefs, Franz Ferdinand, The Feeling etc. because their genre is dead. Pop music has well and truly taken over again, if this were 2006 Lady Gaga wouldn't have had a hope of topping the charts with a songlike Just Dance.
